Seasons

To see the seasons reserved by your club/organization, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Seasons(default). The Seasons option gives you the following details about any season’s reservations – Season Name, Dates, etc.

Season namedisplays the Season’s name as it’ll be called by the players and clubs – for example – Summer Pickleball Blast, Spring Open, etc.
Datesdisplays the to-from date the Season will take place in.

Add a New Season

As the club admin/owner, you can officially add a new season where players can participate and play in.

To add a new season for your club, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Seasons:

  1. Click on +Add New Season option in the Seasons section on the upper right corner of the screen. It’ll redirect you to the next page – Create New Season.
  2. Enter the name for your Season in the Season Name -- it’ll be the official name your Club’s Season will be known by.
  3. Enter the duration (to-from dates) of the season in the Start Date, End Date – it’ll be the time frame your created Season will run in.
  4. Finally, click on the Save button save your Club’s newly created Season. It’ll now be added to Court Reservations > Seasons page.

Season’s Start Date must be any future date, and End Date must be any future date post Season’s Start Date.

Delete an Existing Season

As the club admin/owner, you can officially delete a season due to any reason – cancellation of entire Season, unavailability of teams or players or venue, etc.

To delete an already created club’s season, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Seasons:

  1. Browse through the already present Seasons using Season name. Click on the Edit option against the Season you want to delete. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Seasons.
  2. Click on Delete Season in the Edit Seasons page to delete the selected Season. On successful deletion, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Season deleted successfully. It’ll also remove the selected Season from the Court Reservations page.

Note that you won’t be asked for a confirmation when deleting the Season, so delete only when you’re sure about it.

Edit an Existing Season

You can change an already existing Club’s Seasons due to change in schedule, dates, etc, from Organizations workspaces. Changing the Seasons’ information will change update its information wherever it’s used.

To edit an already existing club’s season, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Seasons:

  1. Browse through the already present Seasons using Season name. Click on the Edit option against the Season you want to edit/update. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Seasons.
  2. Update the Seasons’ name, Start Date, End Date, and click on Save to update Season’s information. On successful update, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Season successfully updated. The change will now also reflect in the Court Reservations page.
